• All products are designed and handmade according to your requirements, processing time is 4-5 business days.
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
• Due to the impact of the pandemic, order processing and shipping may be delayed.

3. Modify or cancel orders:
• After placing your order, you have 12 hours to contact us and request to modify or cancel the order for free.
• After 12-24 hours, your order has been processed for production. If you request a cancellation, 30% of the total invoice will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Additionally, there are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

• To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

  • • Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 5-8 business days to process and pack our products then you should add shipping times on top of that.
    • Shipping time: From the time the package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination about 14 to 20 business days with standard shipping.
  • Tip: Buying 2 products or more at the same time will save you quite a lot on shipping fees.
